Master-Pin-Control Plus Pin system for membrane fixation Master-Pin-Control has been specially developed for the fixation of resorbable, non-resorbable and titanium-reinforced membranes. The Master-Pin-Control Plus contains two different types of pins. While one pin has a particularly flat head design and is therefore ideal for use under thin soft tissue, for example, the other pin has a larger head design that makes it particularly easy to locate the pins under the soft tissue after successful healing. All pins included are made of grade 5 titanium alloy and have a circumferential groove that increases the surface area of the pins. Thanks to the circumferential groove, the pins can be removed safely and easily, which is particularly important after a successful healing period. With their sharp tip and very stable shaft, they can be inserted easily and precisely into the cortical bone. For simple and safe placement of bleeding points in the cortical bone, the Master-Pin-Control Plus system also includes the 203S twist drill, which has an automatic depth stop. The particularly atraumatic design of the Crestal drill with its four cutting edges and inwardly curved head enables the safe formation of a conical bone flap and is also ideal for collecting bone chips. Micro Screw System Plus according to Prof Dr Fouad Khoury System combination for extraction and fixation of bone grafts The Micro Screw System Plus is a combined system consisting of the Trephine Ejection Kit, which enables the minimally invasive extraction of local bone cylinders, and the Micro Screw System, which is used for the secure fixation and stabilisation of bone grafts. The Micro Screw System Plus therefore enables the complete bone core technique workflow to be carried out. For the removal of localised bone cylinders, the system contains two-part, internally cooled trephines which, thanks to the removable trephine working parts, make it particularly easy to push out the harvested bone cylinders using special ejection instruments. For the subsequent fixation of the bone cylinders, the Micro Screw System Plus offers osteosynthesis screws with a diameter of 1.0 mm or 1.2 mm, as well as all the necessary instruments for inserting the screws. The osteosynthesis screws are made of surgical stainless steel, which gives them a high degree of stability despite their reduced diameter.
