cerabone® plus - sticky bone from the blister pack
cerabone® plus consists of the established bovine bone substitute cerabone® and the biopolymer sodium hyaluronate. Cerabone® plus thus combines the exceptional volume stability of cerabone® with the well-researched biological properties of hyaluronic acid.
After hydrogenation, the product forms a mouldable mass that offers unparalleled ease of use by considerably facilitating the absorption and application of the material into the bone defect. cerabone® plus is therefore the first sticky bone straight from the pack and is unique in the field of dental biomaterials
Indications cerabone® plus
- Horizontal and vertical augmentations
- Peri-implant defects
- Periodontal intrabony defects
- Socket and ridge preservation
- Sinus lift
- Furcation defects (Class I and II)
NanoBone®: The synthetic bone augmentation material
With NanoBone®, MEISINGER presents a high-quality, synthetic bone regeneration material that is based on the body's own processes and utilises these to build bone.
The nanocrystalline hydroxyapatite in NanoBone® has the same morphology as in autologous bone. Combined with nanostructured silica gel, which actively supports bone formation, bone is built up through natural processes. Due to the low production temperature, the hydroxyapatite remains unsintered, so that NanoBone® has an extremely high surface area of up to 206.8 m²/g. This is crucial for protein adhesion. This is crucial for protein adhesion and therefore for rapid regeneration.
Due to its special structure, the body recognises NanoBone® in principle as the body's own. For this reason, NanoBone® is completely remodelled into autologous bone by osteoclasts and osteoblasts as part of the natural remodelling process.
No foreign substances remain that could disrupt the natural biomechanics. Immunological defence reactions or disease transmission are also ruled out with a high degree of certainty due to the synthetic production.
NanoBone® is available as "granulate", "block" and ready-mixed "QD" for immediate use.
