The MEISINGER Bone Management® systems Transfer-Control and Transfer-Ring-Control have been specially developed for performing horizontal and vertical apposition and support plasty.
The instruments included are perfectly matched to each other and thus enable a precisely fitting and standardised procedure for the transplantation of bone cylinders and rings. A clamp fit is achieved when the bone to be transplanted is inserted, which can be reinforced with fixation screws. Bone cylinders or rings transplanted with a precise fit in this way result in a bone bed ready for transplantation after just three to four months thanks to faster vitalisation and healing. The large number of different instrument sizes also allows a high degree of flexibility when removing bone.

Convenient fixation of
Bone grafts
The Screw System TX and Screw System TX Professional osteosynthesis systems enable universal use for the fixation of autologous bone cylinders, bone blocks and bone shells as part of pre-implantological augmentation. The Torx connection ensures that the screws are held securely in the insertion tool. At the same time, high tensile forces can be transmitted. For each 0.9 mm screw available in the core diameter, a larger diameter rescue screw is available in the set if the transplant cannot be fixed securely. The small diameter and flat head size of the screws make their use particularly comfortable for both patient and user.

Hybrid pin system for secure
Membrane fixation
Master-Pin-Control has been specially developed for the fixation of resorbable, non-resorbable and titanium membranes. As the pins have an additional mini thread, they are a hybrid of screw and pins. The thread increases the surface area of the pins, resulting in significantly increased stability. In addition, the pins can be removed safely and easily thanks to the thread and a unique head design, which is particularly important after a successful healing period. With their sharp tip and very stable shaft, they can be inserted easily and precisely into the cortical bone.
