The MEISINGER Bone Management® system Benex®-Control is ideal for the controlled and safe extraction of whole tooth roots down to the smallest tooth root fragments. The conventional method of tooth root extraction using forceps and a lever, which can easily cause the vestibular bone lamella to break off, can thus be avoided.
Optimum power transmission
thanks to the pulley principle
The innovative design of the extractor is based on the principle of a pulley so that the tooth root or tooth root fragment can be removed from the jaw very easily and in a particularly controlled manner without damaging the bone and soft tissue. In order to guarantee optimum vertical force transmission, a flat plane must be available to support the extractor. The quadrant support specially developed for this purpose offers precisely this optimum support surface. It protects existing residual dentition and provides a stable support for the extractor, especially in edentulous situations.
