collafleece® is a wet-stable sponge made of porcine collagen that has excellent haemostatic properties. The natural, porous structure supports rapid haemostasis and also controls natural wound healing. Due to its loose composition, the sponge degrades within 2-4 weeks.

The Micro Screw System developed with Prof Fouad Khoury and the Trephine Ejection Kit have been expanded to include three new systems for processing hard and soft tissue. The Osteotomy Set(East Tray) offers a perfect combination of specially configured manual surgical instruments. The user will find the appropriate manual instruments for soft tissue processing in the soft tissue tray. One of the special features of this set is a scalpel blade holder with a swivelling head, with which the scalpel angle can be freely adjusted depending on the area to be treated. The new sinus set also includes instruments coordinated with Prof Khoury that help the user to gently dissect the Schneiderian membrane as part of a sinus lift.
Degranulation Kit
For effective bone debridement
The degranulation kit contains four extra-coarse, spherical diamond instruments in diameters of 1.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 3.5 mm. These have been specially developed to enable quick and easy bone debridement. With the help of the diamonds, degranulation tissue adhering to the bone can be removed quickly and easily without damaging the surrounding bone, so that subsequently inserted augmentation material comes into direct contact with healthy bone. This makes the Degranulation Kit a crucial addition to the degranulation process.
Easy-Clean scissors
Dismantlable surgical scissors
The MEISINGER Easy-Clean scissors made of high-quality stainless steel can be completely dismantled and reassembled very easily. Residues under the hinge can be completely removed - for residue-free reprocessing (in accordance with EN ISO 17664). For disassembly, the scissors must be opened at a right angle and the upper part of the scissors lifted by approx. 45 degrees. Thanks to their black coating, the scissors are also extremely hard and durable. Distracting light reflections are also reduced and glare-free working is made possible.
Zmatrix™
Particularly soft and elastic collagen membrane
Zmatrix™ is a natural, native collagen membrane. Cross-linking chemicals and cross-linking agents are not required. The proprietary processing technology enables the preservation of collagen as well as extracellular components such as laminin, fibronectin, elastin and glycosaminoglycans.

The Bone Management® Micro Screw System is used for minimally invasive and secure fixation of cortical bone grafts. In particular, the osteosynthesis screws developed with Prof Dr Khoury make the system something very special. The Micro Screws are made from a special surgical implant steel and, despite their delicate diameter of 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm, ensure that bone plates are fixed stably and securely. The Micro Screw System and the Micro Screw System Basic can be used for vertical, horizontal and three-dimensional bone augmentation for different defect sizes.

The Bone Management® Master-Core System contains trephines in different lengths and diameters for the safe and simple extraction of bone cylinders as part of bone augmentation. The different trephines in the set enable the extraction of bone cylinders with diameters of 3.0 mm, 5.0 mm and 7.0 mm and lengths of 3.0 mm to 8.0 mm. The different lengths of the surgical instruments ensure automatic depth limitation and therefore maximum safety and flexibility in handling, as anatomical structures can be protected. A clearly visible depth marking and a black coating also allow the user to work without glare and benefit from additional depth control during extraction. The Master-Core Professional comes with an extended selection of instruments to cater for specific indications.
Trephine Ejection Kit

The Trephine Ejection Kit incorporates several unique ideas that optimally support the user when removing bone cylinders. Internally cooled trephines reliably prevent damage to the bone tissue due to overheating, while the removable trephine working parts allow particularly easy removal. The bone can be easily pushed out using the ejector instruments specially adapted to the trephine diameters. The set also includes pre-coring trephines for safe use. The kit also offers a particularly high degree of flexibility in use thanks to the different instrument sizes.
