Optimally adapted to the
everyday requirements
Whether preparation, polishing or the specific processing of CAD/CAM restorations, MEISINGER offers perfectly coordinated system solutions in pre-assembled ranges. This eliminates the need for the user to put together very time-consuming instrument sets. Thanks to close co-operation with practitioners and leading scientists who have helped to develop these systems, they are optimally matched to everyday requirements.
When it comes to optimising the polishing of CAD/CAM restorations, there is no way around MEISINGER. The customised kits for every common restorative material are specially tailored to the different requirements of e.g. zirconium oxide, lithium disilicate, hybrid ceramics or zirconium-reinforced lithium disilicate. For all materials, MEISINGER offers both laboratory kits for extra-oral work and practice kits for intra-oral work. The kits consist of two-stage polishing systems, which can be used without any polishing paste at all and impress with their excellent high lustre and perfect adaptation to the natural tooth surface. In addition to the durable diamond polishers, many systems include other instruments for grinding contact points or surfaces. The instruments are well organised in the high-quality bur stand and can be conveniently sterilised after use.
CAD/CAM Prep Kit
Anterior & Posterior
The MEISINGER CAD/CAM Prep Kits for the dental practice and laboratory were developed in collaboration with Daniel Butterman, DDS, and are ideal for the preparation of CAD/CAM restorations in the anterior and posterior region. The two kits contain coordinated coarse and fine diamond instruments for ideal preparation margin design. This optimises the workflow and helps the user to work efficiently and consistently. The depth markers contained in the DB01 kit also ensure an even reduction in the anterior region and form the basis for highly aesthetic restorations. The DB02 kit contains the patented and multi-award-winning "Occlusal Reduction Burs", which ensure a defined reduction of the occlusal surface for glass-ceramic and zirconium oxide restorations. The length-reduced instruments can also be used to perform axial reductions very well, even in the posterior region.
CAD/CAM Prep Kit SC02
The CAD/CAM Prep Kit contains an ideal selection of award-winning diamonds including all the necessary moulds for the preparation of inlays, onlays and crowns. The kit includes the MEISINGER Occlusal Reduction Burs with a depth of 1.5 mm and 2 mm for a predictable occlusal reduction. This kit was originally compiled with the cerecdoctors.
CAD/CAM Finishing Kit SC01
This universal processing and finishing kit has been developed to provide a wide range of solutions. The kit provides all the necessary instruments to achieve excellent results in both the anterior and posterior regions. The kit contains diamonds and abrasives for finishing contact points and contouring the tooth anatomy. The two sintered diamond instruments S805-018 and 936SC-200 can be used to finish the occlusal surface and define the interdental spaces. Initial smoothing is carried out with the 9613V-200 universal polisher. This is followed by polishing with the high-quality MEISINGER diamond polishers. The flexible twist polishers create a high lustre on your restorations and retain the original surface structure thanks to their gentle design. This kit was originally compiled with the cerecdoctors.
