Functional design and

MEISINGER carbide instruments impress with their particularly stable and functional design, their precise, easy-to-cut teeth for optimised work, outstanding performance with a long service life and optimum concentricity. Carbide instruments from MEISINGER are made from highly compressed fine-grain carbide.
QX carbide milling cutter
With the QX carbide milling cutter, MEISINGER enables effective machining of thermoplastic materials. Thanks to its cross-cut teeth and remarkably large chip spaces, efficient material removal is possible without the cutting edges sticking due to high frictional heat. In addition, the QX carbide burr can be used to create smooth surfaces, making further time-consuming smoothing unnecessary. The dental instrument is manufactured under the strictest controls and, thanks to its precision, runs very smoothly, which is a particular advantage in plastics technology.
Twist Finishers
The MEISINGER Twist Finishers are particularly suitable for processing composites and other filling materials due to their design with a precise helix angle. Thanks to the unique cutting geometry, the instruments run extremely smoothly and cut much finer than standard carbide finishers. They leave no grooves on the surface and achieve perfect, extremely smooth results. The cutting and non-abrasive processing of the material also achieves a smoother surface than fine diamond instruments. The MEISINGER twist finishers are available in five different shapes and three different qualities, from fine with 8-12 cutting edges to ultra-fine with 30 cutting edges. The instruments are marked with coloured rings for clear differentiation and are available both individually and as a kit. The Twist Finishing Kit combines all available instruments in one range and therefore provides the perfect basis for flawless work results.
MX milling cutters
The MX carbide milling cutters are used for machining non-precious metal and model casting alloys. The special toothing of the carbide milling cutters and the extremely resilient material ensure maximum efficiency in material removal with a long tool life. Smooth surfaces are achieved during material processing so that they can be optimally polished afterwards. Thanks to precise manufacturing, the milling cutters run very smoothly, which makes working particularly user-friendly. Furthermore, the selection of different milling cutter shapes allows for a very wide range of applications. The MX carbide milling cutters enable both effective, large-area and very precise, small-area finishing of model casting and non-precious metal alloys.
