meiAligners offer you the opportunity to treat a wide range of malocclusions in adult patients as well as in children and adolescents.

meiAligners also help you to prepare prosthetic or implantological restorations in an optimal and patient-friendly way. the correction of misaligned teeth or the opening of existing gaps for veneers and implants not only enable a successful overall aesthetic result. Larger gaps and thus the possibility of larger implant diameters also support improved long-term stability of the implant restoration.
Customised solutions
You can obtain meiAligners in two versions: in classic production with thermoforming foils optimally adapted to every tooth movement - or as 3D-printed aligners made of innovative 3D printing resin. You choose the right variant for your patients - our experienced technicians will be happy to recommend the right package for you: Aesthetic for aesthetic indications of the dental arch in the 5-5 range or Medium for simple to moderate indications of the entire dental arch

meiAligner 3D: Innovative in all dimensions
Elygn GmbH is the first provider ever to mass-produce 3D-printed shape memory aligners using a unique process. The process is not only particularly precise, but also sustainable. As no models have to be made, less plastic waste is produced.
The shape memory effect means that meiAligners return to their original shape after daily activation at body temperature. This ensures more constant force transmission throughout the entire wearing period. With Shape Driven Orthodontics, desired structures can also be printed directly into the aligner. By specifically reinforcing certain areas, tooth movements are optimised in a unique way. The advantage of different material thicknesses: attachments are virtually superfluous. In addition, the possibility of printing bite block structures means that the temporomandibular joint can also be taken into account in future.
BETTER FORCE TRANSMISSION THANKS TO SHAPE MEMORY
When activated, the aligner always returns to its original shape and thus transfers the optimum forces over the entire wearing period. Lower initial forces also ensure less discomfort for your patients. Treatment is more effective overall and fewer refinements and virtually no attachments are required.

The certification courses at the Elygn Academy in Hilden, which are specially tailored to treatment with meiAligner, will give you an insight into the most important basics of aligner therapy and qualify you as a meiAligner practitioner. As Germany's first academy for digital dentistry to combine theory and practice in its further training programme, the Elygn Academy offers you sound theoretical knowledge that is also particularly relevant to practice.
