Safer surgical contouring of the alveolar ridge Precise initial osteotomy and alveoplasty The Alveoplasty Surgical Kit contains the most important instruments for surgical contouring and modification of the alveolar ridge when undesired unevenness of the jawbone occurs after tooth extraction or due to bone resorption. In this case, the kit offers the ideal opportunity to smooth the jawbone. The Alveoplasty Kit contains two pre-drills and two Lindemann burs, which allow precise initial osteotomies to be performed, even in hard cortical bone. Five different carbide burs and a spherical diamond are used to perform the alveoplasty itself. The round working part moulds provide optimum protection against damage to the soft tissue. Bending bar torque ratchet For working in torque function and locked function The MEISINGER bending bar torque ratchet for precise work in torque function and locked function. In the torque function, the ratchet is used with the bending bar, which can be used to read off torques between 10 and 70 Ncm. In the locked position, the ratchet enables the transmission of a higher torque, for example when inserting implants or loosening connections.

Benex®-Control: Instruments for safe and minimally invasive tooth extraction Minimally invasive preparation of the implant site is essential for an optimal implant restoration. This begins with the atraumatic extraction of teeth that are conventionally not worth preserving. Tooth extraction is one of the most common dental surgical procedures, which usually involves the use of forceps and a lever. Developed in collaboration with Dr Benno Syfrig, Benex®-Control, developed in collaboration with Dr Benno Syfrig, offers a minimally invasive alternative. Thanks to the ingenious design of the extraction system, the tooth root and tooth root fragments can be removed using the principle of a pulley block without damaging the bone or surrounding soft tissue. The reason for this is that (in contrast to the use of forceps and levers) no stress is exerted on the lateral bone walls. Atraumatic vertical extraction is particularly patient-friendly and offers very good conditions for subsequent implant placement.
