Master-Core Basic (trephine drill according to Prof Urban), BMCBA
Master-Core Basic
Safe harvesting of bone cylinders with Prof Istvan Urban
The Master-Core Basic, developed together with Prof Istvan Urban, is used for the simple and safe harvesting of bone cylinders as part of bone augmentation. The system contains trephines with different lengths and diameters for this purpose. Due to the different lengths, the trephines have an automatic depth limiter, which ensures the protection of anatomical structures and therefore enables particularly safe and controlled bone harvesting.
In addition, depth markings on the working parts allow additional depth control during extraction. The black coating of the trephine allows glare-free working and optimum visibility of the depth markings.

Tip
Micro Screw System Plus (bone screws and trephines according to Prof Khoury), BMSPL
Micro Screw System Plus according to Prof Dr Fouad Khoury
System combination for extraction and fixation of bone grafts
The Micro Screw System Plus is a combined system consisting of the Trephine Ejection Kit, which enables the minimally invasive extraction of local bone cylinders, and the Micro Screw System, which is used for the secure fixation and stabilisation of bone grafts.
The Micro Screw System Plus therefore enables the complete bone core technique workflow to be carried out. For the removal of localised bone cylinders, the system contains two-part, internally cooled trephines which, thanks to the removable trephine working parts, make it particularly easy to push out the harvested bone cylinders using special ejection instruments.
For the subsequent fixation of the bone cylinders, the Micro Screw System Plus offers osteosynthesis screws with a diameter of 1.0 mm or 1.2 mm, as well as all the necessary instruments for inserting the screws. The osteosynthesis screws are made of surgical stainless steel, which gives them a high degree of stability despite their reduced diameter.
The combination of the two techniques in one system and the optimally matched instruments allow the user a holistic, clear workflow when performing the bone-core technique and enable maximum precision from the removal to the fixation of autologous bone cylinders.

Screw System TX (osteosynthesis screws), BTX00
Augmentation with autologous bone
Universally applicable bone screw set
The Screw System TX osteosynthesis system enables universal use for fixing autologous bone cylinders, bone blocks and bone shells as part of pre-implantological augmentation. The Torx connection ensures that the screws are held securely in the insertion tool. At the same time, high tensile forces can be transmitted. For every 0.9 mm screw available in the core diameter, a larger diameter rescue screw is available in the set if the graft cannot be fixed securely. The small diameter and flat head size of the screws make their use particularly comfortable for both patient and user.

Transfer Control (Horizontal and Vertical Bone Block Transplantation),CTR00
Bone Management System for autologous bone grafting
Horizontal and vertical bone augmentation with bone grafts
Transfer-Control enables a precisely fitting and standardised procedure for the transplantation of bone cylinders for horizontal and vertical bone augmentation. The various milling tools are available in five diameters and are perfectly coordinated so that the outer diameters of the bearing cutters and the size of the wheel cutters correspond to the inner diameters of the trephines. This means that a clamp fit can be achieved as soon as the bone cylinder is inserted, which can be secured with separately available fixation screws (Screw System TX, art. no. BTX00 / Screw System TX Professional, Art. no. BTXPR). The precisely transplanted bone cylinders result in a bone stock ready for transplantation after 3-4 months due to the faster vitalisation and healing. Transfer-Control is suitable for harvesting bone cylinders with diameters of 4.0 mm, 5.0 mm, 6.0 mm, 7.0 mm and 8.0 mm.

Transfer Ring Control I (Horizontal and Vertical Bone Ring Transplantation), CTRI0
Safe removal of bone rings
Optimum support for bone augmentation
The most important prerequisite for the safe healing of a bone graft is a congruent and refreshed recipient site. With the help of the Transfer Ring Control I system, this prerequisite for the healing of vertical support plasty can be created easily and in a controlled manner. The system offers a variety of different instrument sizes and thus ensures a high degree of flexibility when removing bone rings. Depending on requirements, different sized, coordinated pre-core trephines, trephines and end reamers are available. Bone edges can be precisely smoothed using the additional carbide drill included.

Transfer Ring Control II (bone ring augmentation), BBR00
System for allogenic and autologous bone grafting with bone rings
Augmentation with bone grafts according to Dr Bernd Giesenhagen
Transfer Ring Control II is a system for the bone ring technique developed by Dr Giesenhagen. This is used for the single-stage procedure of augmentation and implant placement in resorbed jaw bone when implant placement alone is not possible due to insufficient space. Thanks to the perfectly coordinated instruments, a congruent bone and implant site is created at the implantation site, which enables the restoration of three-dimensional defects using prefabricated, allogenic bone rings. The optimal fit between the jawbone, bone ring and inserted implant and the possibility of a single-stage procedure ensure high primary stability and significantly shorten the treatment time.
