As a manufacturing company, we have a responsibility towards our environment and we take our contribution to nature conservation very seriously. This is why we have been using only green electricity for years and are also increasingly focussing on sustainability in our day-to-day work - be it in the environmentally friendly disposal of recyclable materials or the conscious use of compressed air to remove oil residues. We also promote the active use of e-mobility and public transport through charging stations and flexible shifts.

Everyone contributes to MEISINGER quality with their individual characteristics and skills. We are firmly opposed to any form of marginalisation - discrimination, extremism, sexism, homophobia and racism have no place here. On the contrary: through our culture of open and respectful communication, we want to actively promote a diverse and open society.

From Neuss to the global market

We are convinced that corporate responsibility is an important basis for sustainable economic activity. Quality "Made in Germany" is a promise to our customers around the world that stands for responsibility, sustainable profitability and reliably high quality standards. Despite the increasing complexity of global markets, we do not lose sight of the big picture: by organising our production and work sites in a conscientious manner and maintaining high quality standards, we not only create absolute transparency for ourselves and our customers, but also a fair business relationship at eye level.

100% from renewable energies
As an energy-intensive production company, we have been facing up to our ecological responsibility for years. For more than 10 years, we have only used TÜV-certified electricity that comes 100% from renewable energy sources.
In-house German course
Learning the local language is the first step towards successful integration. In everyday working life, communication forms the basis for smooth processes and collegial cohesion. With our in-house German course, we want to make our contribution to integration into German society and give all employees, regardless of their nationality or origin, the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally.
Subsidised company bikes
Improve your well-being and do something good for the environment at the same time: our company bike offer makes it possible. With our partner Deutsche Dienstrad, we enable our team to subsidise the use of an individual bike of their choice. In this way, we are making a contribution to promoting the health and satisfaction of our colleagues and also reducing the ecological footprint of our team.
Monetary donations
One of our regular recipients of donations is the children's and youth welfare organisation Loop e.V. in Düsseldorf, which aims to give every child a loving home and a fair chance in life. LOOP has been committed to helping children and young people who have experienced neglect, abuse or violence for more than 10 years and currently cares for around 250 children, young people and families with 100 educational specialists.
Promotion of e-mobility
Long-term change comes from within. That's why we support the entire MEISINGER team in their endeavours to use resources sustainably. For example, we promote an environmentally friendly way of travelling to work by providing charging stations for e-bikes, e-scooters and e-cars.
Mobile phone collection campaign
Disposing of used mobile phones in household waste is not only harmful to the environment, but also an unnecessary waste of resources. We support the mobile phone collection campaign of the Nature and Biodiversity Conservation Union (NABU), which works with Telefónica Deutschland to recycle discarded mobile phones and thus extend their useful life. Telefónica donates a fixed sum to NABU each year for the collected mobile phones, which goes into the NABU insect protection fund.
Sponsoring of employee activities
The activities, hobbies and skills of our colleagues are just as diverse as our product range. We support very special commitments, whether sporting or charitable, at various levels. For example, we supported Christoph Karas in his participation in table tennis doubles at the 19th World Veteran Championship in Las Vegas.
