Bone replacement material cerabone® plus from botiss (with hyaloronate)
Now available from MEISINGER: cerabone® plus combines the proven bovine bone replacement material cerabone® with the well-known properties of hyaluronic acid.
Thanks to the pronounced fluid absorption capacity of hyaluronate, cerabone® plus forms a sticky bone after hydration, which offers unique ease of use by facilitating both absorption and application into the bone defect.
Properties of the cerabone® plus bone substitute material:
- Osteoconductivity and volume stability of cerabone® + Proven properties of hyaluronate
- Bovine bone substitute material with hyaluronic acid
- Sticky and mouldable after hydration
- Hydration possible with patient blood or sterile saline solution, but also liquid antibiotics, PRP, PRF or Emdogain

Application cerabone® plus:
cerabone® must be hydrated before use (~0.5 ml saline solution per 1 ml cerabone® plus). Hydration can be carried out conveniently in the blister provided.
Handling tips:
- Remove excess fluid from the defect site before use
- Preferably use for self-sustaining defects
- Fix the augmentation material with a barrier membrane
