Implant Removal Kit

For easy, atraumatic removal of osseointegrated implants

The MEISINGER Implant-Removal-Kit allows you to remove defective or misplaced implants quickly, easily and atraumatically without surgery.
It also enables the immediate insertion of a new implant of the same diameter, so that a surgical procedure with possible bone loss can be avoided.

Ost-Tray, Sinus-Tray, Soft-Tissue-Tray

In addition to the Micro Screw System and the Trephine Ejection Kit MEISINGER presents three new systems for hard and soft tissue processing. The new osteotomy compilation (Ost-Tray) offers a perfect combination of specially configured manual surgical instruments. The perfect combination of instrument for soft tissue processing are included in the new Soft-Tray. A special feature is the scalpel blade holder with swivel head, with which the scalpel angle can be freely adjusted depending on the processing area. The new Sinus-Tray includes manual instruments, coordinated with Prof. Khoury, which support the user in gently dispersing the Schneiderian membrane during the external Sinus-Lift.

Degranulation Kit

For effective Bone Debridement

The Degranulation Kit contains four extra coarse, round diamond instruments with a diameters of 1.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 3.5 mm. The instruments have been specially developed to enable quick and easy bone debridement. With the help of these diamonds, degranulation tissue adhering to the bone can be removed quickly and easily without damaging the surrounding bone, so that subsequently inserted grafting material comes into direct contact with healthy bone. This makes the Degranulation Kit a crucial addition to the degranulation process.

Easy-Clean Scissors

Surgical Scissors made of detachable individual parts

The MEISINGER Easy-Clean Scissors made of high-quality stainless steel can be easily and completely disassembled and put back to-gether again. Residues below the hinge can be completely removed – for a residue-free processing. For dismantling, the scissors only need to be opened at a right angle. Then the upper part of the scissors is lifted briefly. In addition, the scissors have a black coating that is applied using PVD procedure (vacuum-based coating). Thanks to this black coating the products reach high hardness and durability. Furthermore, disturbing light reflections are reduced, and glare-free work is possible.

Zmatrix

Soft and elastic collagen membrane

ZmatrixTM is a natural, native collagen membrane. Cross-linking chemicals and agents are unnecessary. Proprietary processing technology allows preservation of collagen as well as extracellular components including laminin, fibronectin, elastin, and glycosaminoglycans.

Micro Screw System/Micro Screw System Basic

The Bone Management® Micros Screw System are used for the safe fixation and stabilisation of cortical bone grafts. Especially the contained osteosynthesis screws, which we created in collaboration with Prof. Dr. Khoury, make this system to something very special. These Micro Screws are made of a special surgical implant steel and ensure that bone plates can be fixed securely, despite their reduced diameter of 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm. The Micro Screw System as well as the Micro Screw System Basic can be used for vertical, horizontal and three-dimensional bone augmentation of different defect sizes.

Master-Core System Basic/Master-Core System Professional

The Bone Management® Master-Core System contains trephines with selected lenghts and diameters for a safe and simple extraction of bone cylinders for bone augmentations. The different trephines enable the extraction of bone cylinders with diameters of 3.0 mm, 5.0 mm and 7.0 mm and in different lengths from 3.0 mm to 8.0 mm. The different lenghts ensure an automatic depth stop, which offers maximum safety and flexibility while saving anatomical structures. Due to the black coating and depth markings on the working parts the user can work without glare and benefits from additional depth control during the extraction. To be able to respond more precisely in specific indications, the Master-Core Professional contains a broad range of instruments.

Trephine Ejection Kit

The Trephine Ejection Kit combines several unique ideas, which offer optimal support during the extraction of bone cylinders. Internally cooled trephines protect the bone tissue from damage due to overheating, while the removable trephine working parts allow a particularly easy extraction. With the aid of special ejection instruments, which fit to the trephine diameters, the bone can be pushed out easily. Further, the kit contains initial trephines, which provide a safe application. The Trephine Ejection Kit allows a fast and safe working and provides high flexibility due to various instrument sizes.
